~Ramdan Kareem~





So its time for the holy month of Ramadan. this time Ramadan has arrived in peak summers and the fast is going to be some what 15-16 hours long. for me the only thing difficult will be not drinking water the whole day. i mean really? :O how will i survive? my family thinks im a fish by the amount of daily intake of water i take. but Ramadan is the time when Allah helps us all to be strong. anyways being a foodie what comes in my mind is Pakoras, Samosas and Kachories with lots and lots of  Ruh Afzah.. hayeeee... no no this time i have decided to do a healthy diet. Yes! but it will be hard to see others eating so much unhealthy in front of me. lets see how long ill be able to manage. Ramadan Mubarik everyone. Have a blessed one.
p.s: go easy on the Pakoras ;)

What's on my plate? Day1

Hey beautiful people. I was thinking as my last post was about clean eating and all, i should start posting my clean eating meals on what i had clean in my breakfast dinner or lunch. I will post one helathy meal that i had through out my day. What do you guys say? Motivation? Comment below and let me know.
