Clean Eating or Eating Clean?

So a little about me is that like all other girls im into diet and weight loss too. I have been trying hard to shed some good pounds. But these chocolate cakes and oh this so good parmesan chicken and kfc fried chicken and oh boy so much else available out is always a big hurdle. Itni beauty ko kesay na daikhun? 🙈. Anyways so i have started eating clean and healthy and to my surprise its not hard. The first step you have to take is to decorate the plate. Once the plating is done then you will eat it up so easily. The quantity should be 3/4 salad and 1/4 meat. At first it does look hard but give it a try once. Let me know how it worked? 😍
